The Danby DER2009W is an electric free-range for basic cooking. The porcelain stove top features four coil burners; three of which measure 6″ and one which measures 8″. All temperature settings are operated by knob rather than push buttons. This particular oven has only one rack which means it is best suited for households that do not intend on doing a lot of entertaining or baking. The oven temperature ranges from 250-550 degrees Fahrenheit. The broiler element is located in the drawer below the oven. This is a stove where the user needs to remember when the oven and stove top is on as there are no indicator lights for either. The oven door does not have a viewing window for users to check on their dishes. The oven also lacks an interior oven light. This particular make and model of electric range may lack a lot of features that other stoves have; yet at the same time it is just as effective at cooking.
